How Flexible Are You on Terms of Engagement
We understand that you business will go up and down, and that decisions need to be made where quickly a campaign or project needs to be shut off. However, we also have a commitement to the staff that we engage to work on an account to ensure that from day one, they are working in a viable partnership, where they are treated like any employee of the company they work for. In the event that an unforseen event occurs, the best thing to do is to communicate with your account manager. We will begin looking to place your staff on other projects. And we can usually do that within 60 days of the notification, sometimes sooner. If you terminate early, we require 50% of the remaining balance on the term as a termination fee. This also helps ensure that when things get tough, all parties have an incentive to improve.
What if I am not happy with my hire or a campaign?
During the first two weeks of an engagement, the agency fee is refundable. If you hire someone, are not happy, we do not charge for our services. After two weeks, we will also at any time replace any hire for you with no additional fee.
Who Are Your Clients
Our clients typically do not like it publically known that TVI staff are running integral parts of their business, and they are cautious about recruiters identifying TVI staff members in their organization and replacing them. Likewise, TVI seeks to protect its client base from competitors. With that said, we do provide referrals to prospective clients once a campaign, terms and employee have been agreed upon and only in the final stages of due diligence.

What is Your Minimum Engagement and Other Billing Terms
Our minimum engagement value is $5,000 and all work must be prepaid 15 days in advance. Any late payments will result in a 10% fee per month late.

Are Fees Refundable?
Because we are paying for hourly work completed, there is no ability to refund or guarantee work. As with any new hire, there is a ramp period. However, any work that is billed but is not completed or any hours that are bill for fraudulently are 100% refundable, and we audit the work done every 15 minutes with screen shots, so your project workers will never be paid for work that they did not do. You are responsible for reviewing the hours every week, and all claims must be filed within 5 days.
